At Mildred’s Home, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our handmade personal care items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchased products.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to verify the issue.
Once approved, we will gladly exchange the defective item for the same product at no additional cost to you.
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
